I'm fine

This week, I’m taking a pause.

I’m fine – just practicing what I preach. I’ve written these notes weekly (with short breaks over Christmas) since January 2020. It’s been a pleasure, a useful discipline, and fantastic to hear people’s responses and thoughts along the way. I’ve learned a lot.

A thread in my work has been to help people pause and choose a different path when they are setting unrealistic, unachievable or unnecessarily difficult goals – or when they just need a rest.

Today, I’m doing that too. Pausing, resting, letting things lie fallow for a bit so my brain can come back online next week.
